Walmart has been truly stepping up their game in the fashion department lately, and I am continuing to be blown away each time I hop online to see what's new! Especially with the addition of SCOOP being exclusively sold there, you can easily find both trendy and basic pieces AT A MAJOR DISCOUNT. Though the prices are low, the quality is not!
